Tap at the White Horse Pub, London. Pours an opaque, amber-brown with a soft, filmy head. Loads of rich, dynamic malts in the nose, with toffee, caramel and ripe fruits such as cherry and plum. Very sweet flavor, tons of sugar, toffee, brown sugar, caramel, ripe and dark fruits, including fig and raisin. Also has an understated bitterness, herbal and citrusy. Full in body with fine carbonation and a smooth mouthfeel and warming alcohol. Has lingering sweetness and booze in the finish, with some toasted malts and chocolate. Great beer.

Tap at the White Horse Pub, London. Pours a light, hazy amber with a soft, white head. Delicate hop aroma with some bread. Lightly sweet, with ome grass and herbal bitterness. Light to medium in body with soft carbonation. Finihses with pale, bready malts and light, herby hops. Perhaps a little above average.

Tap at the White Horse Pub, London. Pours a muddy, light brown with a foamy, off-white head. Faint malts and dark sugar aroma. Lightly sweet with an uninspiring malt profile and some dirty, earthy bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with some bready malts and faint, earthy hops. Average.

Tap at the White Horse Pub, London. Pours a mostly clear yellow with a fizzy, white head. Faint aroma of malt and grass. Lightly sweet with almost very little bitterness. Light in bodied with fine, fizzy carbonation. Finishes has light sugar and barely perceptible, grassy hops. Overall a bit thin, even for a "light" beer. Unimpressive.

Pours gold with a small head leaving nice lacing.Nose shows a fair bit of light malt with honey and cookie-dough characters, but is somewhat faint.Similarly malty flavours but with more of a bready character. Is it just me or are all of Grand Ridge’s beers intensely malty? Not that I’m complaining... Finishes with a well balanced bitterness but is in no way dry.Moderate body and carbonation - nice, even if not to style.

Amber brown with thick head. Looks good. Caramel and chocolate aroma is rich and enjoyable. Some toast, light caramel but also some chewiness. Good brew.

Hazy light amber. Earthy aroma with a light citrus accent. Some nice fruity notes, light earthiness as well from oxidation. OK.

Pours amber with a nice creamy-looking head.Nose shows lots of malt with honey, caramel and butterscotch quite noticeable. Hops are not forgotten, grassy and spicy notes are prominent.Flavours include the above sweet malty characters but without much backbone. More grassy hops.Body is pretty watery.
