Bottle at home. Aroma is dark malt, loads of Bourbon, oak, caramel, vanilla, fudge, sweet milk chocolate. Flavour is quite sweet with a hint of bitterness in the finish, but I mostly get lots of sweetness. Body is full and rich. Yeah, very smooth and sweet Imperial Bourbon caramel fudge chocolate Stout. Pretty refined. Good!

Bottle at home. Aroma is herbal hops, biscuity malt, tea, touch of pine resin, with mild floral and soft fruity notes. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and above medium bitter. Body is medium. Not exactly a fruity hop bomb, but definitely pleasant in a leafy herbal tea IPA kind of way.

Bottle at home. Aroma is strong herbal with a touch of aniseed, mint, laurel liquorice, bit medicinal. Also wood, spicy notes, herbal tea, light malt and some mild fruitiness. Flavour is lightly sweet and bitter. Body is medium. All this herb from Brazilian wood? Pretty amazing kind of wood, though not my kind of beer.

Bottle at home. Huge explosive gusher! Aroma is pale malt, hops, grass, fruity notes with citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. Nicely hopped Lager, I dig it.

Bottle at home. Aroma is sweet malt, caramel, Bourbon, oak, dried fruits, toffee, marzipan, candy sugar, raisins, butterscotch, syrup. Flavour is quite sweet and sugary sticky with a touch of booze. Body is above medium. Intensely sweet with a huge sweet caramel syrup toffee Bourbon aroma, a very nice slow sipping beer. A satisfying less heavy sequel to the original Weer & Wind.

Bottle at home. Aroma is spicy, peppery, yeast, malt, touch of mustard seed and more spices but not over the top. Flavour is light sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied. Nicely balanced and drinkable, just the right level of spices for my taste.

Bottle at home. Foamy as hell. Aroma is raspberry, roosvicee, darkish bready malt, hint of chocolate in the finish. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, bit too heavily carbonated. A bit of a disappointment this one, I had hoped for more body, chocolate and raspberry. The carbonation is a bit annoying as well.

Bottle from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. As "Hel & Verdoemenis Bruichladdich (peated) BA" at 11% abv. Aroma is dark roasted malt, fairly strong whiskey, prominent peat, oak, chocolate, mild notes of iodine, touch of smoke and salty liquorice. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and moderate bitter. Body is above medium. Rich with a potent barrel influence, peaty with lots of dark chocolate. Very good.
