500mL bottle, pours a cloudy opaque orange with a small white head. Aroma is very complex, with barnyard funk and wild yeasts upfront, followed by apples and cranberries - what a wonderful blend. Flavour is along the same lines, with a great blend of cranberries, apples and wild funky notes. Fairly high carbonation and quite yeasty / funky on the finish. Sadly so limited and hard to get. It's excellent but of course doesn't live up to the hype.

Draft - Nice hops no some grassy notes with a touch of Belgian yeast. Hazy dark gold with a nice white head. Lots of pepper, orange peel, sweet Belgian yeast and a VERY dry finish. Not bad.

[9/26/15] Bottle sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2015 in Bodegraven. Thanks everyone who shared bottles! Cloudy yellow. Big aroma of peach, nectarine. Great tart flavor with peach, nectarines, lacto, mild funk. Medium-bodied, lively carbonation. Really good.

Bottle sampled at Borefts ’15. Pours cloudy yellow with a ring off white head. Aroma of citrus and light tart tropical fruits. Flavour is moderate sour. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Growler, pours an opaque dark brownish orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out some black pepper, Belgian yeast, and oranges in good balance. Flavour is pretty well-balanced and refreshing, with orange zest, black pepper, Belgian yeast and some bready, biscuity malt. Cohesive and drinkable, with decent depth, but not overly exciting. Solid, but rather weak for Four Winds.

Sampled from bottle. Hazy pale yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste citrus, very balanced yellow fruits, light hint of fruity hops. Very nice refreshing light sour beer.

Thanks to GothGargoyle! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ Borefts 2015. Day 2. Hazy orange, small white head. Nose is zest peach, fruit, stone fruit, lightly sour passionfruit, very fruit exotic fruit hops. Taste is zesty peach, exotic fruit, lemon, low sourness, huge fruit quality, including massive peach, light hope. Very easy to drink. Very nice beer.
