Courtesy of TampaBrew. Pours hazy straw – gold with copper hues and almost no head (I missed whatever head was there by looking briefly away). The aroma is full with grains, spices, hay, meadows, damp cold lumber yard and flowers. The taste is enhanced by loads of carbonation pushing up notes of apricots, prunes, lemons, spices, flowers and grains. The flavors area a bit bright due to the carbonation. Nice stuff.

Slightly hazy brown with no head. Aroma of caramel and brown sugar. Sweet caramel flavour with a touch of American hops.

@Pauls Girardin chugging-courtesy of Pilsnerpete[or microgrog?]-22oz bottle–pours a thin rich off white head that laces and cloudy orange color. Aroma is rich light malt, secondary light fruit. Taste is rich light malt, secondary light fruit-OK, cherry. Smooth.

Pours a hazy peach into a shaker. Bright white head crackles and recedes to hug rim. Yeasty cherry aromas. Thick biscuit upfront, slight cherry in the finish.

A hazy golden saison with a thick receeding white head. Lightly spiced malt aroma, with light coriander notes, citrus, a bit of Brett, quite nice. In mouth, a nice resinous and intense saison, with light hops, sustained herbal bitterness, and sweet notes in finale, where i do discern some light cherries. Interesting beer. Bottle from Federal Wine and Spirits, Boston, enjoyed in Bogota, Colombia, July 9 2009.

22 oz bottle provided by JB, Batch 2. Pour is super cloudy, yellow golden, very thick looking. Nice white head. Aroma of big hoppiness, citrus, followed by a nice, soft grainy wheat. Fresh and complex nose, nice. Taste is big and grainy initially, followed by drying bitterness, wheat floral, and bright citrus in the finish. Everything is nicely melded, round and approachable. Palate is medium, drying, a bit dusty. Exceptionally drinkable. Despite the big hoppiness, this was very refined. Very good. I had been looking forward to trying this one for a long time, and it didn’t disappoint. Thanks for opening, John, this and the Tank 7 were the beers of the night for me. Now I need to find more!

Bottle shared by hwwty4, thanks a lot Bill. I don’t know if it was the sun, the nice weather, and the good folks but this beer just hit the SPOT, dead on. Pours a completely dark straw color, cannot see through it at all. Has a small but strong head. Aroma is very herbal and lemon-y. The herbal-ness is reminiscent of other Belgian treats from the past. Its all very strong and natural smelling, just makes me think of, well... sunny, good weather days, drinking outdoors with some good folks. taste is very yeast-y (white bread and dough) on top of the other characteristics, which mute the herbal/lemon character a bit. Finish is lightly dry. So damn fun to drink, highly recommended.
