Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a clear pink with no head. Tart apple aroma. Medium body, sweet apples and a slight tartness in the finish. Not sure what gives the red colour, but nothing indicates berries on the label. 090710

opened with a bang and some gushing, wetting my towel at the sandy and sunny beaches of cala millor. Oh-well. cloudy Orange juicy looks, small head that soon disappears. Aroma of apple, faint sweetness. Falvor is dry apple, faint sourness, not much acid, but much more than macro sicder anyways. very refreshing and delicate.

Bottled. (5.0%). Yellow colour, no head. Aroma is sweetish sour spples along with some slight acidic notes as well as mild sugary sweetness lurking. Flavour is sour apples along with earthcellar and mould. Also some slight cheesy notes. Thanks to Marko for sorting this cider out (witthout me even having to ask for it!)

Bottled (4.5%). Yellow colour, no head. Aroma is sweet, but rather sourish apple with some slight acidicness along. Flavour is apples, cork and quite earthy. Rich carbonation.

0.75cl bottle. i definetly noticed that alc pct. was 4.1%. notes form bottle: Mayador sidra asturiana 4.1% bodegas mayador. bot in corte ingles palma mallorca. app: clear light yellow, white head that disapperars quickly. lively carbonation. aroma: apple, sour, very sweet too. flavor:spicy apples, white wine, sour, sweet. a little har dto drink, taste like it is low quality.

Blond color; nice perlage. The aroma is fruity (apples and pears), with some plastic. It has a light sweetness and light sourness, very light vinegar touch, light fruits, light woody astringency. Short final. Refreshing, but too simple.

An unclear yellow cider with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of apples, and a slight acidity, and so is the flavor, while the body is thin. I find it boring.
