700 ml corked (but not caged / wired) green bottle, bought in Spain. ABV is 6%. A little sediment in the botttle, some floaties. Pale golden colour, minimal carbonation (this is nearly a still cider), no head. Strong and pleasant aroma of fresh fruit and oxidised cider apples, a hint of oak and sulphites. The flavour is medium dry, oxidised cider apples again, notes of oak and sulphites. Very drinkable.

Bottle from an Alko in Turku. Poured a red body with a pinkish head. Slightly funky appley nose, quite nice. The taste gets you more of that, but quite sweeter than the average. For those who wish to try an Asturian cider but are to afraid to try the real thing. Mind you, taken out of the context, it’s hardly bad.

Bottle from SB Majorna, cons 2011-09-13 Göteborg AR: tart, youn apples and some chemical stoft that is coming out of the bottle when opened - antrax?, young appels AP: pale green golden colored body, high quickly gone fizzy head - bone white in color F: dry and sweet, young appels,syrup, loaded with wee bubbly carbonation, a bit tart, I belive it is my first sidra :-)

700 ml "champagne" bottle, from Super Cor, La Manga. ABV is 4.1%. Very pale straw coloured cider, pours very fizzy with a large white head that dies instantly. Nice aroma of cider apples and sweet eating apples, a hint of sulphites. Moderate carbonation in the mouth. Nice sweet flavour of sweet eating apples and oxidised cider apples, a hint of of sulphites.

Bottled (from Alko, Vaasa). Strawberry red colour with not too much head. Aroma is dry apples, some wood and mild earthy notes. Flavour is sweet apples, mild wooden notes as well as some earth and mild berries as well.

Bottled@Black Door, Helsinki. Hazy yellow colour, no head. Aroma is rather dry apples and white wine like notes. Flavour is quite much the same. Semidry palate.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pale yellow colour, no head. Aroma is sweet apple. Flavour is sweet apple, articifial apple juice, highly carbonated. Very poor spanish cider.
