Hazy blond color. The aroma has low fruitness, but more interesting tarty sourness. Thin mouthfeel, refreshing, dry and tarty. Not complex but refreshing.

Yellow cider with no head. Sweet aroma of sugar and apples. Very sweet apple juice with light alcohol. Viscous body. In Spanish restaurant in Brussels. May 2005.
