Bottle. Clear pale yellow color. Aroma of apples, a bit of apple skin, light sulphury hints and a faint sugary note. Sweetish-sourish apples flavor with a sugary hint and a drier, tart finish. Pretty simple but very refreshing.

Bottled@Inez. Tampere (backlog). Yellowish golden colour, no head. Aroma is white wine, mild vinegar, some sweet ripe apples as well. Flavour is rather much the same in a quite dry way. Pleasantly balanced.

Bottled@Inez, Tampere (backlog). Yellow colour, no head. Aroma is some sweetish sour apples, mild vinegar as well as some slight vanilla. Flavour is acidic sweetish sour apples, mild vinegar and a bit citrusy notes. Surprisingly thin palate for a 6 % cider.

Bottled@Inez, Tampere. Yellow colour with small white head that disappears rather fast. Aroma is sweet and sour apples with some mild acidic and white wine like notes. Flavour is quite similar with mild tart wooden notes as well. Pleasant, but a bit thin palate.

Aroma is moderate apple, tart apple, artificial. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average duration, apple, tart, artificial, sweet apple, dry. Bottle @ Mid March Tasting, Ulfborg 2012. Pours clear pale yellow with bubbles on top. Green apples and sugar. A bit of a soda pop feel. Sweet. Dry and short end.
