Bouteille 500ml.

Bottle: Poured a clear light amber color ale with a huge off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of bitter and lightly citrus notes but not as close as floral as I was hoping. Taste is nice mix between some medium bitter notes with some light citrus notes. Caramel malt is not too sweet. Body is average for style with medium carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Not bad overall though not as floral as expected.

2009 bottle via a trade with savvy1982. Pours with a huge foamy white head over a hazed golden body. Full retention. Aromas are hoppy with candy sugar, honey, grass and a bit musty. Flavors of candi sugar, apricot, marmalade, and sage with a bitter finish. Lively bubbles. Dry yet rich. A very tasty beer.

This thing smells a bit like a bad fart with hops thrown in. It has a decent dark gold body with an average head. Flavour is modest malts and some fruity notes, followed by a bitter hoppy finish. Drinkable.

500mL bottle, pours hazy golden orange. Very fruity double IPA, with the hops a more secondary feature. Almost seems like a cross between an IPA and Abbey Tripel. Quite good, though I prefer the other Vache Folle Double IPAs I've had.

A lightly hazed golden ale woth a thick lacing white head. In aroma, very belgian, with yeastsm smooth herbaceous hops, bready qualities, light berry notes, not an IPA as expected. In mouth, a smooth Belgian triple with some nice hoppiness, a bit of mint, good, but not what I expected. On tap at l’Autre Oeil Nov. 2010, with Sammy, Radek and Probstk.

A dark orange amber ale with a thick light moka head. In aroma, pungenat and super pleasant floral c-hops, resinous and funky, spot on. In mouth, a smooth biscuitty malt with resinous pinhey hops, white grapefruits, a bit of treacle, quite well balanced, yet rich and enticing. Bottle from Peluso, 5.29$ for 500 ml.

50cl bottle pours a hazy, rosy orange with a cloudy, white head. Nose is very mild, not a whole lot of hops, honey, flowers. Flavor is well balanced, sweet, light citrus, honey, flowers. Medium bodied, sweet finish. This is definitely not a DIPA but it’s not bad.
