Description
Since 1996, our brewing philosophy has been quite simple – to brew memorable, well balanced and flavourful beers, regardless of the style.
From light and crisp, to malt forward and smooth, all the way to loaded with hops… each of our brews are crafted using 100% malted barley, the finest hops, water and yeast.
Founded in Kelowna, BC, now brewing in our expanded facility with Big Rock Brewery in North Vancouver’s Brewery Creek district, drop by if you’re in the neighbourhood and we’ll show you first hand how we make great beer.

Bouteille. [notes 2005]

Bottle split at Kenny 20K bash, big thanks to Fiona, 15/01/16. Black with a decent tan cap. Nose is light charr, dark berry fruit, cocoa powder, light spice, bitter hop. Taste comprises bitter chocolate, ashen notes, light spice, earthy hop, muted pine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close dashed with earthy hop bitterings. Ok CDA

355ml bottle. Pours a clear copper with a thin, short lived, beige head that leaves spotty lacing. Sweet aroma of caramel malt, vanilla and nuts. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, vanilla, nuts and light spice with a slightly dry, bitter hop finish. Light to medium body with a creamy texture and soft carbonation. Ok, but boring.

This ale poured a medium Amber colour with a quick living, off white, creamy head. Minimal lacing. Scents include cream, vanilla and malt. First swig was a little bit watery but had a beautiful malt flavour. A little hoppy at the beginning but soon turns malty with a nice grassy flavour. Finish is medium bitter with malt lingering.
