Taste is a mix of tart rhubarb notes with some tart notes and funky ester with smoke acidity in the finale. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable rhubarb brett ale but less acidity would have been better.

Taste is also a mix of funky ester with some dominant raspberry notes and some herbal notes with low acidic notes. The body is full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable wild ale with huge amount of raspberry and a complex set of flavors

Taste is also a mix of funky ester with some sumac notes and some other spices with a light tart finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. De doux accents fermiers, une touche de romarin, des notes terreuses, un fond mentholé et herbacé composent une palette aromatique complexe.
Une mousse pétillante qui descend assez rapidement sur un liquide doré et partiellement voilé.
Entrée de bouche acidulée, terreuse et chevaline.
Une très légère touche de romarin s’insère dans la palette mais en général, les adjuvants sont moins présents en bouche qu’au nez.
Un fond subtilement sucré miellé s’ajoute à l’ensemble pour adoucir le tout.
L’équilibre se maintient du côté acidulé mais le miellé sucré et fruité demeure perceptible.
Bel équilibre entre acidulé et fruité miellé.

[2022? Vintage] 750mL bottle. Pours clear blonde, murky once the sediment is added. Nose has notes of old wood, must, wet leather. Flavour is lightly acidic with old wood, some leather; very musty. Losing a bit of it's carbonation at this point. Complexity and mustiness deepen as it opens up. Solid gueuze-style.
