Hallertauer Helles, Flasche von der Berliner Getränkefeinkost-Filiale. - Goldgelb, leicht trüb. - In der Nase sortentypisch milde aber gediegene Aromen: sauber gerstiges helles Malz mit Anklängen an Honig und feine aber hochwertige Hopfung mit Orangenschale und mediterranen Kräutern. - Antrunk schlank aber kernig hellmalzig mit zarter Süße und einem Hauch von Honig. Feine zitronige und grasige Hopfenherbe, leicht hopfenwürzig und etwas trocken, ein wenig pilsenerartig. Milder rezent, schlank. Im Abgang nicht zu knappe, aromatisch herbale Hopfenherbe. Im Nachtrunk blaß schweflig. - Sehr präzise gearbeitetes Helles mit sortenuntypisch schlankem Malzkörper und unerwartet aromatischer Hopfung. Ausgezeichnet! (27.11.2022.)

Bottle with Munich Ratebeer Tasting group and consumed at Jonas's 2nd August 2022. Pours a little hazy brown in colour with little to no head, a little leathery, light smokiness, fruity, sweetness, good eisbock, perhaps lacks a little complexity, some beef stock. Good.
