Bottle picked up from Bierhandwerk webshop, Kranzberg, nr Freising and consumed at home Thursday 7th May 2020 at home Attenkirchen on gloriously sunny day. Day 51 of lockdown for us (technically it started 2 days later) cooking homemade fish pie tonight, listening to Craig Charles on 6Music who is still sitting in for Steve Lamaq. Pours light gold with a haze and a super big/clean white head. Wonderful hoppiness, lovely aroma, so clean, crisp and inviting. This is a really moreish beer, wow, I could drink this all night. Nice light citrus touches, grassy hops, dry finish.

33cl. Nice malty deep beginning. Wood, round malt and smooth alcoholic. Deep caramel, vanilla, wood. The whisky is fantastic mild and balanced, vanilla, wood and dry caramel. Very nice stuff!

Flascherl (Dank auf Garching ;-)): Pale Golden, hazy, small creamy and stable white head, sweet-bitter hayish-herbal nose with a well hidden malty base; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, Booth soft and fizzy, almost medium bodied; lingering pale malty and hayish-hoppy finish. Boring...but only at first sight; pretty well rounded and tasty Helles...

Bottle from Biervana. Golden colour, white foam. Malty, notes of biscuit, green hop, some fruitiness, a bit dusty.

Holziger, alkoholisch malziger Beginn. Etwas Vanille, geringfügig herb, helles Holz, süßlich. Süffig, auch wenn der Alkohol gelegentlich stört. Mittellanger Abgang. 10/9/9/9/9/9

Very good Helles. Bready, malty, some soft bitter hoppiness. Light notes of grass.

50cl, #9. Grainy fresh beginning. Malty body, easy to drink with a soft back. Round and refreshing, grainy parts with a moderate bitterness and somehow grainy sweet with parts of floral hops in the back. Nice floral Helles with a nit grainy parts in the body.
50cl bottle. A clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of straw, pale malt, gently fruity hops. Taste of gently grassy and herbal hops, straw, pale malt. Easy to drink. Alright.

Bottle picked up from Bernhard Nieder Getränkte, Attenkirchen Sunday 26th January 2020 listening to Sebadoh - Act Surprised and defrosting a homemade Chicken Jalfrezi and Chapattis and thinking of a Dal to cook to go with it. Pours mid gold, almost completely clear but a slight chill haze perhaps, a swiftly departing white head sat atop. Hops are evident, a little biscuit malt in the background, a touch of cereal on the nose, fruity and with a light bitterness. Very good. A very good Helles.
33cl bottle. A clear dark amber beer with a off white head. Aroma of sweet oak chips, dark caramelized malt. Taste of sweet and strong caramelized malt, vanilla, oak chips.
