Bottle. Clear deep amber-copper color with white head. Aroma is fresh yeast, bready, caramel. Taste is overripe banana, caramel, estery, quite clear and dry. Mineraly mouthfeel with sparkly carbonation. Tasty! Surprisingly, pouring the yeast does not help with this beer.

Bottle. Cloudy dark chestnut, big offwhite cream. Bready Pumpernickel light clove, chewy sparkly medium full body, nice bread, fine grass and citrus, good balance between substantial and quaffable.

Unertl Weißbier Bock, Flasche aus dem Fastenzeit-Bierpaket vom Biershop Bayern. - Dunkles Mahagoni, üppiger Schaum. - Frische Nase mit warmem dunklemn Malz, obergärigen Weizenaromen und schlanker, zart herb-säuerlicher Frucht: Zitronat, Johannisbeere. - Antrunk für einen Bock eher schlank hefig-dunkelweizenmalzig mit frischer Frucht: Äpfel, Zitrone, Weintrauben. Anklänge an Vanille und Kakao, ein wenig Nelke. Milder rezent, hefig weich; erst allmählich macht sich wärmender Alkohol bemerkbar. Im Abgang sehr dezente, mild orangenfruchtige Hopfenherbe. - Für einen Bock eher schlank und frisch gehopft, ohne die fette bananige Süße vieler Weizenbiere doch mit dezenter, runder Dunkelmalzigkeit, gekonnt abgerundet mit zart säuerlicher Frucht. Angenehm!

Good weizenbock. Light citrus and potpourri - a hibiscus type vibe. Dark amber pour with decent head. Light sweet finish. Some orange peel here. Easy drinking. Bottle in Dublin.

Pretty standard example, a little more body and full complex flavour would do it well, it's almost as if they're holding back a bit instead of trying to make it great. d&S Dresden

A dark wheat bear that puts the wheat at the forefront and lets the mild roast aromas take a backseat, but yet offer a wonderful punch. Great beer. D&S Dresden

[Munich 2018] Sampled draft @ Tap House Munich. Dark brown, tanned head. Nose is very unique, fish guts, hay, caramel, liquorice, black candy. Taste is medicinal, herbal, weird, liquorice, bitter spices, black liquorice, thick bodied, herbal, almost medicinal bitter. Almost off-putting at first but it grows very quickly on you, very unique beer.
