Dark brownish. Aroma is chocolate walnut some yeast some melasses and noble hops. Taste is somewhat sour yeasty with a bitter and sweet malty base. Rather much uninspiring bitterness (maybe byproduct from the yeast?). Still not bad.

Appearance: Deep, dark brown. Clear. Nice amount of off-white head. Aroma: Ripe fruits, bananas. Wheat. Taste: Wheat, medium malt, ripe fruits, bananas. Nice. Bought: Wittich, 500 ml, CHF 2.40 Info: 9/4-2020, BB: 5/6-2020

31-03-20 // 500ml bottle from Stumpf. Dark Weizenbock. Proper roasted malt aromas on top of a banana sweet body. First full bodied but a bit thin to the end. Phenolic. Solid.

50cl bottle. Grainy smooth beginning. Typical stopped-fermentation aroma. Sweetish grain and corn flakes, but round and not sticky. Refreshing with a smooth grainy and slightly sweetish back with hints of yeast.

8/10/2019. Bottle at Mercure Hotel München Neuperlach Süd. Pours hazy mid amber brown with a large foamy off-white head. Aroma of malt, toffee, wheat, banana cake and dried fruit. Quite heavy sweetness and light bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, average to soft carbonation.

Stellt sich beim Einschenken als dunkles Weißbier heraus. Mit 4,9 % Alk. eines der leichtesten dunklen Weißbiere, die ich bisher getrunken habe. Interessanter Geruch – Malz und Traubensaft. Viel, sehr feinperlige Kohlensäure - etwas zu scharf, schlägt sich negativ auf die Süffigkeit. Malzige Noten sind vorherrschend und werden von sanften fruchtigen, bitteren und alkoholigen Noten unterstützt. Gibt eine ganz eigenen Charakter. Ein durchaus nicht uninteressantes dunkles Weizen, von dem Weißbräu aus Haag in Oberbayern.

Orange brown color, in fact colored like a dunkel weizen. Hints of coffee, citrus and yeast in the aroma. Nice flavor: very fruity, especially mandarin and some yoghurt. Citric aftertaste with "bananenschuimpjes" (children’s sweets with an artificial banana flavoring).

Swing top bottle. Dark brown opague. Orange aroma with hints of brown sugar. Malty sweetish beer with citrus and caramel notes. Thin, with the first start of an upcoming sourness, which makes this beer a good thirst quencher.

Dark brown color. Aroma has oats, lemon. Caramelly flavor, grainy with lemon, just a hint of roasted malt, berries and glue. Full bodied, alcohol well hidden. Just a bit tart.
