330 ml bottle. Pours almost black with short tan head that settles quickly. Aromas of chocolate, vanilla, soft sweet coconut, and slick roasted malts. Flavors follow same with coconut less sweet and more acidic, plus additional thick chocolate and creamy coffee. Long warm finish. An excellent sipper.

330 ml can. Pours almost black wth moderate dark tan head that settles quickly. Aromas of dark chocolate, smoke, olives and roasted malts. Flavors of vanilla, umami/soy, dark chocolate, smoky bacon, and roasted malts. Interesting and tasty, but the smoky bacon ain’t really my thing.

330 ml bottle. Pours a very dark brown with short fizzy head that settles quickly. Aromas of dusty vanilla, chocolate fudge, cinnamon, dark sugars and slick roasted malts. Flavors of bourbon, dark chocolate, dry vanilla, cinnamon and roasted malts. Warm finish. Bourbon forward. Very dry. Great stuff.

Shared at Valhalla tasting. Med bod, light carbo. Med-high warmth, med sweet, light bitter. Med booziness, clean and elegant tho. Light wood, medium bourbon, clean vanillaish coconuty flavor. Base beer could have more character, only med-light choco, light caramel. Quite good

Bottled, huge thanks E.S.! Shared at the Valhalla tasting. Pretty big, barrely aroma, cakey, plenty of raisins, brandyish-cognacish in a way, dusty, dates, creamy, pleasant. Smooth malty, caramelly taste, buncha raisins, alcohol, subtle, pleasant, good stuff! Heaven Hill is definitely better, but this is a good one too.

Bottled, thx ES! Valhalla tasting. Pitch black body, fleeting dark brown body. Complex, cakey aroma, cinnamon, chocolate and vanilla, caramelized banana. Smooth taste, the barrel shows up now, so creamy, elegant, creamy raisin and vanilla, caramel and vanilla, licorice, sweetish, alcohol is there but well restrained compared to others. Fun!

Bottled, thx ES! Valhalla tasting. Brown body, fleeting head. Intensive alcoholic, barrel-driven aroma, vanilla, raisins, brown sugar, dried figs, licorice. Smooth taste, heaps of dried figs, brown sugar, alcohol warmth, lighter than expected, bit grainy, low glue. Not bad, but too warm.
