Das Bier, welches nicht gerade viel Kohlensäure enthält, erinnert mich besonders im Antrunk an ein (wenn auch mildes) Rauchbier, das typische Aroma ist vorhanden. Malzige Aromen, wie sie in einem dunklen doch erwartet werden, findet man im Mittelteil, wo das malzige Aroma ziemlich alleine und ohne Verbindung zum wässrigen Abgang steht. Im Nachgeschmack dann noch einmal kurz ein rauchiges Aroma und das wars. Zu lasch wirkt das Bier, außerdem scheinen die einzelnen Komponenten nicht gut aufeinander eingesimmt. Bottle. Cloudy orange-yellow, huge frothy offwhite head. Honeyish straw malt yeasty and light herbal hop aroma. Flavorwise tilted towards the slightly cloying sweet maltyness, not quite balanced by the bitter finish. fairly light body too, nice wellagered mouthfeel though. Straw aftertaste.

Bügelverschlussflasche:Hazy, golden coloured; medium-sized lacing white head; sweet-fruity aroma, mainly bananas and wheat, traces of lemons with some cloves backstage; sweet flavour, medium bodied, creamy MF; short, sweet fruity finish, nearly without any tartness. Not unpleasant, but a quite flat Hefeweizen.........

(bottle) Clear pale golden colour with a fluffy white foam. Grassy hoppy aroma with grainy and strawy light-sweet malt. Bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, crispy mouthfeel. Hop-accented taste; dry-ish bitter and floral hoppy finish. Well-done Pils.

Bottle. Creamy white excellent mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Sweet toasted mal¨ty aroma. Vewry malty sticky flavor. Caramellic palate. very soft carbonated.

(swing top bottle) Cloudy and hazy yellow colour with a big-sized fluffy white foam. Dusty wheaty nose, yeasty with a sourish fruity touch and cloves. Light-sweet flavour, light bodied, ok-carbonation. Moderately sweet wheaty initial taste with banana and pear, rather dry, yeasty and slightly clovy finish. Not bad but very decent Hefeweizen.

(swing top bottle) Clear pale golden coloured effervescent body with a foamy white medium head. Medium sweet malty aroma with herbal and floral hops. Balanced sweet malty and hoppy taste, light to medium bodied, crispy mouthfeel, lasting dry bitter hoppy finish.

Bottle. Quite nice banana aroma. Slightly cloudy pale yellow colour. Big, stable, creamy white head. The flavour also has some banana and is quite (a bit too) citric. Nice.
