Bottle, 5.4%. Malty aroma, a little nutty. Beautiful, clear chesnut/red colour. Stable light brown head. Nicely malty flavour, some bread. A little farmhouse, horseblanket. Roasted aftertaste. Good.

Re-rate 12 Okt 14. Flaske 500ml delt med Rune på Bolero, Bamberg. Mørk aprikosfarget. Uklar. Middels høyt skum som flater ut. Svak maltaroma. Smaken er nøtter. Litt syrlig ettersmak. 500ml bottle sampled at a summer party in Ingolstadt. Mellow fruit aroma. Unclear, dark golden body. Filmy layer of foam. Sweet flavour of orange and grass. Smooth, but quite well bodied (20.06.2007).

From 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy amber brown with a creamy white head. Lovely smoked and almost meat-like aroma. Smoked and malty flavoured. Soft creamy malt and smoke finish. Solid but also a one dimensional flavoured smoked.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of smoke and caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of smoke and caramel, leading to a dry, bitter, and roasted finish, with the smoke lingering for some time.

Hazy mahogany color; creamy head. Very nice smokey aroma, sweet wood, malt. Some caramel/malt taste, but weak, some smokey touch, but simple at the end.

Bottle. Creamy white good fully lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty moderate hoppy aroma. Grassy notes. Powerfull bitter light sweet flavor. Moderate avaregae bitter finish. Creamy palate. Really nice beer.
