(Draught at Beerlovers Bar, Antwerpen, 17 Oct 2024) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, lemon peel, peaches and floral hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, lemon peel, peaches, grass, white bread and a gentle citric/grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

Inspired by umeboshi (Japanese salty
pickled plum) this Belgian Gose is elegant, softly sour, and easy to drink. I don't love umeboshi but this manages to taste very similar and still be really good. I hope they have some of the Japanese series in spring
