06/10/2018 - sampled from bottle on RBBSG 2018 Black colour, tanned lacing. Nose is roasted malts, nail polish. Taste is roasted malts, hint of caramel, than harsh roasted malts and alcohol burn.

Thank you Rubin77! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ RBBSG 2018. Black. Nose is soy sauce, mocha, too roasted. Taste is herbal soy sauce, umami, herbal, low oxidation, too harsh roast, bitter, bit thin, herbal & some umami. Too much lingering roast, unbalanced, subpar.

Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, soft roast, coffee, nice, bit of ashes. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots of alcohol, roasted, lots of dark chocolate, bit acidic, ok stuff. Aftertaste: bitter, nice, bit sweetish, lots of alcohol, roasted, some coffee.

Sampled from bottle @ late RBBSG. Opaque black color, average sized brown color. Smell and taste malts, roast, dark malts, malt bitter, bitter. Maybe a bit earthy as well. Hmm ok. Nothing special and quite high ABV.

Tap at Fakin. Misty golden body with a lasting white head. Fruit compote aroma, somewhat citric, so mainly aroma hops and some maltiness. Sweetish taste, fruity and grainy, quite full with herbal touches. Not much bitterness. Okay APA, didn't thrill me but not bad really.

On tap at Fakin Craft Bar, Zagreb. Cloudy golden, medium to a large creamy, firm, lasting off-white head. Moderately to heavily hoppy, candy, fruity, perfumy. Very light cardboard, light malts. Flavour is balanced, hops weaken. Light body, soft carbonation, abrupt finish. Starts interesting, gets boring.

0.75l bottle, thanks heavy and Erna! Hazy golden, lasting creamy white head. Lovely, juicy aroma, peach, pear, spices-peppery esters, creamy. Creamy taste, peppery and tangerine/orange juice notes, well developed malty background, not obtrusive. Light dusty touches. A very nice go at the style. Might as well have been from Belgium.

0.75l bottle. Huge thanks Natko & Erna! Misty amber-red body, off white head, gone soon. Full malty aroma, ending dry, some cloves/phenols too. Medium bodied, huge carbonation, solid fruity touches, grainy notes, peppery phenols. Nice and balanced.
