Lightly hazy yellow with a white head. Spicy yeast, floral, lemon zest, herbal bits. Medium, highly carbonated mouth. Finish has spice and lemon. Very bright and quite enjoyable.

Lightly cloudy golden with a whitehead. Notes of floral, herb, lemon, Belgian yeast, brine, dry hay. Finish has a slight peppery burn. Medium body with plenty of effervescence. On the dry side. Lovely.

A golden beer, a head is emdium and white. Aroma has wheat, fruitness, flowers, light spicyness. Taste is similar than aroma, wheat, fruitness, flowers, hint of spicyness. Medium bodied. Very aromatic.

A pale golden saison with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grapeskins, light cork, light musky character, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grapeskins, light cork, light buttery notes, pleasant and smooth. Bottle at Mondial 2025.

Clear light to bright red beer, big aery off-white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, funky, lots of brett, fruity, lots of grapes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good acidity, dry, a little metallic, fruity, lots of grapes, a bit funky, bitter touch, pleasant acidity. Aftertaste: dry, spicy, pretty sourish, some tannins, a bit earthy, fruity, some plums, pleasant.

Bottle at home. Clear bright golden with white head. Lemon zest, bitter grassy hops, white wine, soft vanilla, lemon balm, dusty thyme, light white pepper. Medium sweet, less sour and bitter. Medium bodied. Very nice.

Draft @ El Birrot. Ici une série collaborative mettant en avant les cépages utilisés pour l’élaboration des vins naturels de Cyclic. La bière reflète le nom du vigneron d’où sont issus les raisins.
Pâle sur qcq nuances claires, col léger blanc.
Arôme sur un bouquet fruité qui met en avant le caractère intéressant du raisin ; ici, ce dernier confère de fins effluves centrés sur les agrumes – je note des pointes entre agrumes/orange et groseilles vertes avec une fine douceur en rétro-nasal.
Palais est plaisant bien fruité avec un agréable apport fruité du raisin – ce dernier procure une fine douceur latente qui est reprise par une légère pointe acidulée de la barrique tout en parvenant à garder ce côté rustique d’une base de saison. Le tout est sec en bouche – bien fruité avec le cépage qui offre des nuances d’agrumes – douceur délicate de l’orange et raisin, mais aussi des fruits verts avec une note de sucre résiduel.
