Color amarillo pálido, casi blanquecino, espuma blanca de retención corta. Aroma salvaje y citrico, con notas de levadura, trigo y paja. En boca es agria, muy citrica, refrescante, notas de limón, levadura, paja y cereal. Imposible no poner la cara del Fari a cada sorbo. Disfrutable y rica

Tap at Acido Acida 2025, Ferrara, Italy. Pours blonde, fairly transparent, with no foam. Aroma is fruity, weak. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium bitter, with some sweetness. Final is average.

Very pale hay yellow with nearly no head. High acidity, lemon, wood, light horse blanket. Thin bodied. Finish is long and acidic. Decent but maybe a bit too harsh.
