On tap at Cyclic Beer Farm. Pours a light yellow, hazy, small head. Aroma is intense ginger, citrus, spices? Medium body. Flavour is sour with a sweet, gingery twist. Lime comes afterwards. Definitely delivers on the Moscow Mule! I like it.

Interesting sour, tasted on tap at the brewpub. Lots of lemon, some iced tea flavours, nice acidity. Very drinkable. Good.

Bottle, 75cl. An unclear golden-orange colored beer with a big, off-white head leaving lacing. The aroma is typical Saison, fruity, with a pleasant yeastyness and some pale malts. Quite generic fruityness, but apple and orange stands out a bit. Some piney hints too, and hints of pepper. It's medium to full-bodied and nicely carbonated, semi-dry, with a gentle bitterness. Pine cones, orange, some grapefruit and yellow apple, and hints of pepper and pale malts. Medium length finish. Quite pleasant this one, tasteful and quenching, but a bit sweet. 241019

Bottle 750ml @ yngwie. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, floral, herbal, belgian yeasty and hint of funk. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long belgian yeasty, floral and herbal finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Draught Good dense yellowish head over veiled, pale ochre-golden beer. Sourish, orangezeste, herbs, very faint ureum. Almost salty, mineral, again lots of orangezeste, and indeed, hibiscustea. Dried herbs, floral. Faint citrussy acidity overlying hidden sweetness. Medium carbonation, bit sticky, not really light. Fruity, and well within classical Berliner Weisse guidelines, but far from revolutionary.
