Description
The Cambier brasserie is an artisanal brewery founded by Jean-Christophe Cambier. It is an urban craft beer brewery located in Croix near Lille in the North. Its philosophy is to reintroduce beermaking as close as possible to consumers.
The Cambier brewery offers a wide range of beers, inviting consumers to discover the brewing flavors of today's and yesterday's world. It brews three ranges of beers, each intended for a different audience: Mongy beers, Cambier beers and ephemeral beers.
The brewery's logo is also inspired by the brewer's star: it is a symbolic representation of brewing alchemy involving the four elements (water, fire, earth, air) involved in the manufacturing process.

440ml can [6.0% abv, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, NZ Cascade, Wakatu]. [The night before the RWC 2023 final NZL vs. RSA]. Quasi black colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, beige head. Roasty, minimally chocolately, dark malty and slightly perfumed, fruity, floral, herbal, hoppy aroma, sweet-ish notes of coffee, some liquorice, hints of eucalyptus, mint, a touch of green fruit, white grapes. Taste is bitter, herbal, floral, fruity hoppy and bitter roasty, minimally chocolately, dark malty, hints of coffee and liquorice, some mint, eucalyptus, a weak, subtle touch of blueberry, juniper berry. Slightly oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Great beer; hope for a similar All Blacks performance tomorrow.

Can sourced from Beerdome and drunk at home (01/10/2023) - New hop alert 🚨 (Elixir) similar character to its partner in crime here Idaho 7 with citrus fruity red grapefruit and tangerine, and piney character, sweet pale malts in support, solid balanced bitter hoppy finish. Nice one, tasty and refreshing.
