Draft at t’Klooster, Delft - Light yellow body with a very thick white foam crown. Nose has a fruity fragrance with the typical smell of yeast. Starts pretty sweet, but turns into a dry finish. Was quite nice.

33cl bottle into a Gordon’s badged thistle shaped glass at home on 8th April 2016. Very dark, black bodied with a tanned foam topping. Over roasted malts in the nose and taste with both dark chocolate and coffee flavours to the fore. Alcohol almost hidden by the good body depth and maltiness. Liked it.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at tiong’s tasting, thanks, 20160109) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had honey, grass and booze. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, grain, booze, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was boozy and bitter. A too sweet and boozy tripel.
