Hazy blond with good lacing. Aroma is quite yeasty. Flavour has similar yeasty tones, also a bit spicy, peppery.

How: Bottle.
Where: Bierbrasserie Cambrinus, Brugge.
Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a large white head.
Aroma: Fruit, malt, yeast.
Body: Medium body, ok carbonation.
Flavour: Sweet sugar, fruit, alcohol.
Comment: Served in a glass horn. Feels a bit gimmicky (that’s a reason I bought it), but not a bad beer.

Fra fat på La Morte Subite: cremeskum som varer helt til bunns. Klar og sterk tripel med fin bitterhet og "a lingering afterburn". Godsaker.

Bottled: Hazy golden, mid sized head. Fruity nose with honey and white pepper. Mid sweet with medium-full body and clean, blown up mouthfeel. Candy sugar and. Ripe fruit. Plenty of alcohol in a finish with some resiny bitterness. Unrefined and boozy.

Really good tripel. Full aroma, butterscotch, butter, caramel, , taste echoes the aroma, and is velvety smooth. Delicious and drinkable, worth seeking out.
