Dorée oscillant sur le cuivré, col épais crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme est plaisant allant pas mal vers le toasté, caramel - je suppose que les éléments 'pain' se retrouvent dans le volet finement toasté/céréales des grains.
Palais est malté toasté - pointe de pain grillé, léger caramel, céréales avec une fine amertume houblonnée en support. Caractèe léger sur les fruits rouges - floral et tirant légèrement sur le terreux en support. Finalité d'amertume discrète et plaisante, très allemande.

Arôme sur un bouquet plaisant bien malté - pâle, caramel, avec un délicat support grillé-pain toasté. Petite note balancée de houblon en rétro-nasal.
Palais présente une belle note maltée - léger chocolaté, grillé avec pointe de caramel onctueux - léger 'bready'. Fruits secs vers le raison mais aussi note de figue et petite note de baies rouges.
Amertume franche noble qui apporte une belle balance avec les malts.

BA supported, sweet-ish, chocolately, dark malty and caramel malty aroma, notes of dark chocolate, lots of vanilla, hints of caramel, salted caramel, a touch of Kahlua. Taste is sweet, chocolately dark malty, caramel malty and spicy, minimally alcoholic, notes of treacle, caramel, dark chocolate, lots of vanilla, a touch of Kahlua; slightly warming, alcoholic finish.
Viscous texture, smooth and soft, silky, cloying palate, fine, soft to flat carbonation.
A very sweet vanilla bomb, passably tasty nevertheless; but might better be used as dessert sauce than your evening's last sipper - worth a try, not suitable to be consumed by an individual.
