(750ml bottle from the brewery) Pours opaque pale purplish red with a small bubbly pink head and light frit pulp lace. Aroma is relatively subdued for a smoothie, raspberry/blackberry with some sweet cherry, floral, soft tequila herbal quailty, tangy, a little earthy. Flavour is moderately tart, rather acidic for a typical smoothie actually, prominent notes of tequila (herbal/woodsy), cherry, moderate raspberry, some earthy wood, floral strawberry in the background, quite lactic/yoghurty, finish is moderate barrel/spirit with prominent cherry/raspberry, saline and mineral, a bit earthy, quite tart and tangy into the aftertaste. Moderate body, not super thick for a smoothie, softly carbonated. Very easy to drink, the barrel adds a nice dimension and the base feels more interesting and acidic than a typical kettle sour smoothie, but at the same time I found the fruit profile a little muddled. I am here for more BA/wild smoothies though.

(473ml can from the brewery) Purs near-opaque yellow with a decent but very stable white head and heavy lace. Aroma of passionfruit, cannabis, Savuignon Blanc, pineapple, slightly tart citrus, earthy backbeats. Flavour of mid-sweet orange juice, passionfruit sans acidity, Sauvignon Blanc, pineapple cannabis, lime zest, leafy freshness without any oniony 'green' aspect, light brisk cereals, impressively dry malt body for a TIPA, yeast profile feels rather netural too, really letting the hop products do the heavy lifting. Finish is dry, low bitterness, light acidity as is typical from these fruit-spiked hop kief products it seems, flavours of passionfruit, pale citrus pulp, white grape, slightly earthy leafiness, no hop burn at all and little alcohol warmth. Medium-bodied, fairly creamy, soft carbonation.

(950ml crowler from the brewery, sitting somewhat forgotten in the back of my fridge for a year...still lives!) Pours basically black with a huge pale brown head that fades slowly with a little spotty lace. Aroma is fruity coffee with moderate caramel and a soft nutty roast (cashew-ish), some floral vanilla, a bit of acidity to the roast as well, a little chocolate, marshmallow, dark bread. Flavour is moderate plus sweet, lightly roasted, earthy and fruity coffee, moderate floral vanilla, moderate marshmallow, dark caramel, touch of acidic roast. Finish is dry, nutty, some marshmallow, touch of acidic coffee/roast in the aftertaste, no alcohol warmth. Medium-bodied, oily, wildly overcarbed despite the super old crowler...better with swirling or time. For a beer that should've been consumed a year ago, it's actually quite good. With less coffee fade it would've been better but I like it more than the recent Smores Latte that follows the same line...less roasty, smoother.

(473ml can from the brewery) Pours nearly black with a thin pale brown head and little lace. Aroma is very roast-heavy at first, that fruity-acidic quality mixed with burnt grains and some char. Fortunately a little air helps it, revealing some earthy chocolate, moderate marshmallow, soft coffee and a little floral accent. Flavour is pretty roast-forward but thankfully a little less than the nose, with lower acidity. Balance is moderate-plus sweet and moderately bitter, notes of burnt grain and dark rye bread, molasses, heavy marshmallow, moderate earthy low bitterness coffee, some cocoa, fairly floral mid sip on thanks to the marhsmallow but with clear roasty bitterness and more coffee coming up in the finish. Medium-bodied, average carbonation, a bit slick. Rather too roast-forward for the concept for me. Not really smores without graham crackers and cacao/choc adjuncts imo, this was a roasty marshmallow stout and solid at it.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of cocoa/chocolate notes with some vanilla and bourbon notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some vanilla and bourbon notes with some residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation and some discernible alcohol notes. Well brewed with a good balance of flavors but a fuller body would have been even better.
