Clear medium yellow with a small white head. Light roasted malt and a background of even lighter floral hops. Lightly sweet throughout with only minimal bitterness. Light mouth with average carbonation and a crisp finish. OK.

Dark clear reddish brown with a generous tan head that lingers. Roasted nuts and brown sugar with a bit of dark fruit. Moderate sweet toffee throughout with a bit of alcohol in the mix. Medium creamy mouth with average carbonation. Decent enough Scotch ale but no particular outstanding character.

Clear deep copper with a one finger off white head that leaves minimal lace. Lots of pine and citrus with a pronounced toffee backing. Light sweet brown sugar start with a moderate grapefruit and resin bitterness in the middle through the finish. Mouth is medium light and a little thin with a long dry finish.

A deep dark porter with a thin mocha head. In aroma, nice fruity chocolate malt with light peated notes, grassy hops, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nutty caramel chocolate malt with smooth peaty notes, butterscotch, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Oktoberfest 2014.

Bottle from Peluso, 2$ and I bought it for the name/label. It is a clear gold with a bready light malt but somewhat buttery diacetyl aroma. Thankfully the taste is alright a slightly rough pils flavor, crackery with a crisp noble hop finish. OK but one of the weaker beers I have had in Quebec.

Drunk from the bottle, sweet caramel & biscuity aroma with lots of pine. Med-full bodied with tons of biscuit, bitter pine and a clean crisp taste. One dimensional but nice.

Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus and Ansjelaah. Clear amber reddish color, small beige head. Faint aroma, only get a slight maltyness and some sweetness. Taste lightly malts, sweetness, some alcohol, overripe fruits. Medium to full body, medium carbonation. Quite nice.

Bottle @ benzai. Clear amber colour with a very small sized off-white head. Smells sweet, barley wine, malts. Tastes sweet, barley wine, nuts, bourbon. I like the barley wine taste, so this beer?s fine for me. I?m not too familiar with eisbocks, so I don?t know whether this is a good one. I like the taste though. Medium to full body, soft carbo, slightly thick.

341 mml bottle tasted on 02/06/2014. Opaque black colour with a medium beige head. Aroma is coffee, chocolate and roasted malts. Intense dry and bitter aftertaste with predominance of the coffee. The problem for me is the low carbonation of the beer. Next one please!

Flavor isn't much, has a malt base but lacks anything interesting. Nothing offensive about this but it's boring
