We poured our first beer at the original Sebago Brewing Company brewpub in 1998. We are three guys who want to create a great place to work. We are honored to be a local Maine favorite, known for our commitment to community, awesome staff, and creative craft beer and food. Keg at the Portland branch. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a lasting, creamy white head. Nice dank citrus nose, some pee, mango, grapefruit. Medium sweet flavor with nice tropical fruit notes, mango, kiwi, papaya, grapefruit. Medium bodied with fine, smooth carbonation. Mellow resins to finish, lots of tropical fruit hops, balancing pale malt sugars, subtle alcohol boost. Very solid IPA.

Keg at the Portland branch. Pours clear gold, mildly effervescent with a lingering, white cream head. The aroma gives off strong perfume notes, some bubblegum, citrus. Medium sweet flavor with balanced sweetness, more perfume, floral hops, mandarin orange, pale bread. Medium bodied with fine, creamy carbonation. Decent hoppy finish, moderately sweet, further floral character. Not bad.

Keg at the Portland branch. Pours deep brown with a creamy beige cap. The nose has lots of ashy roast, a bit of chocolate. Light to medium sweet flavor with bitter char, more ashy roast, tobacco, dirt, cocoa. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Light sweetness to finish, more bitter char, earth, burnt marshmallows, subtle coffee, baking cocoa. Decent.

Keg at the Portland branch. Nose holds some nice piney hops, subtle toasted bread, grass. Medium sweet flavor with dry bread, pine, semi-ripe orange, modest grapefruit. Medium bodied with fine, Lilly creamy carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish, lightly toasted bready sweetness, some earth, grass, citrus rind. Pretty solid beer.

Keg at the Portland branch. Pours clear, deep red-gold with a lasting, creamy off-white head. Bready malt nose with just hints of piney hops. Light to medium sweet flavor with slightly toasted bread, mild perfumey and piney bitterness, subtle orange. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Simple finish, more bready malts, mellow bitterness. Very basic but nothing wrong.

Keg at the Portland branch. Pours clear brown with a tight, creamy tan head. The nose has lightly burnt toast and dry cocoa. Light sweet flavor with moderate earthy bitterness, some more cocoa, burnt leaves, dry toasted brown bread. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Light earthy bitter finish, a bit more cocoa, toast. Totally fine.

Keg at the Portland branch. Pours clear yellow, lightly effervescent with a fine, creamy white head. Some Belgian yeast in the nose with lightly doughy white bread. Light to medium sweet flavor with some yeasty dough, a bit of toasty grain, bitter hay. Light to medium bodied with average, slightly creamy carbonation. Pretty clean to finish, some more bitter hay, light grass, yeasty white bread. Very decent.

Keg at the Portland branch. Pours clear yellow wuth a fine, creamy white head. Biscuity pale malts in the nose, hints of lemon peel. Light sweet flavor with simple but tasty pale malts, biscuits, hints of buttered white bread. Light in body with aberage carbonation. Crisp finish with further basic and biscuity pale malts, mellow cereal. Fine.

Aroma: The nose is wheat, orange, lemon, yeast, clove/spice, and some banana
Appearance: This one pours a hazy golden-orange color with a white head
Flavor: The taste is mid-sweet, pretty much on style, with some yeast and spice flavors
Palate: The body is light-medium, it has average carbonation, and a pretty decent feel
Overall Impression: This one was a fine hefe. It is on-style and decent, though it is not a special beer.

Bottle thanks to John. Pours dark red with white head. Nose and taste of lots of malt, caramel, old fruit and honey. Medium body. Touch of resin in finish.
