(473ml can from Intermarche St Jean, Quebec City) Pours near-opaque medium yellow with a decent white head and spotty lace. Aroma is very tropical, mango and tangerine with some pineapple and peach, floral stuff like passionfruit, a little bitter grapefruit peel in there. Flavour follows the nose with a mid-sweet juicy core with lots of mango, ripe pineapple and peach, accents of oranges and peach, softly bready malt, drying somewhat in the finish with more prominent grapefruit bitters and slightly rindy vibes. No alcohol presence in the smooth aftertaste. Medium-plus body, average carbnation, slick to creamy mouthfeel. The balance here is definitely a bit towards the Boreale side, with more malt sweetness and presence but not malty per-se, and missing the green finish of some Messo. Extremely nice for a grocery store beer!

Golden colour, fairly clean with some imbue hue. The head is frothy, bubbly, warm off-white leaving some foamy lacing. Grassy hop aromas at first with some mild alcohol warming. Then, sugars come out to sweeten the deal, with other sweetish malts. The taste has more of a citrus feel, with orange juices and peel. The mouthfeel shows very nice bitterness and a dry finish. A refreshing, citrus, hoppy and all-around balanced IPA between the two coasts.

Canned 10/16/20, consumed 2/16/21. Cloudy medium orange body, thick, puffy, cream head with nice lacing. Nose initially with a burst of pineapple, then papaya and bready notes. Soft, creamy but sharply carbonated body, with sugary tropical fruit (pineapple, papaya), melon, citrus peel, floral notes, and a moderate resinous-bitter finish. Just the vaguest hint of oxidation after the finish- this has held up very nicely despite being canned four months ago. Probably the best New England IPA I have sampled in this relatively low ABV range, making it a stellar choice as a session beer.

Tangerine and grapefruit. Rich hop aroma -- intense but well done. Love that these guys are suddenly coming through in a big way on these IPAs in the last few years. Murky golden pour with good head and lacing. Some bitterroot and a touch of booze. Bitter end with a little lime. Can from Crafthouse in Ballston.

Cloudy to murky yellow colour, small head. The aroma is garlicky. Good body strength, moderately sweet, the malt base is mild, some bread, the hopping is moderately juicy, with the bitterness on the low side of things. Very good.

Can: Poured a cloudy/hazy color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry hoppy notes with some citrusy floral undertones. Taste is also a mix of dry leafy hops with some citrusy hops notes and a dry finish with light residual sugar notes. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Hops flavours are little bit off and not as smooth as I was expecting but still enjoyable.
