On tap at the brewpub. Poured a hazy pale yellow with a bubbly white head, like no mild I have ever seen before. Aroma had a nice hop presence with pine and a good amount of grapefruit and citrus with a light bread backbone. Flavor starts with strong pine and had a growing grapefruit note with hints of citrus and a bread backbone. Delicious but like no mild I have ever had.

On tap at the brewpub on May 7, 2011. Pours a very dark brown with a finger and a half of a tan head. Sits around for a bit and leaves good amount of lacing. Flavor began with roast and dark bread with a bit of bitterness in the finish that was a bit dry. A classic example of the style and nicely done.

Cask. Very hazy gold, ¼ inch white head. Smell of orange, light coriander. WOW!! Taste is a light banana with a light brett in the finish. Very light, smooth, easy to drink. Medium in body. High drinkability. I drank my pint in less than 4 minutes. Awesome day at the brew pub with LiteWait. Big beer vacation!

Big bubbly off-white head. More dirty brown in color with red highlights toward the light. Nose of grain. Taste is hops upfront, grain in the end. Light cotton mouth dry finish. Good during dinner. Overall not bad, I wouldn’t drink again.

Draft. Snifter. Looks like cranberry juice. Thick white foam for head. Left solid lace. Medium carbonation. Nose is soft sour cherry. Taste is a sweet then sour cherry. A good after dinner beer with plenty of sweetness.

On tap at the brewpub. Poured a cloudy amber with a gray head that dissipated slowly to the edges and laced. Aroma was quite earthy with some grassy hops with a backing hay and grain note. Flavor was similar with earthy hops and grains with a bit of sweetness in the finish.

Aroma was full of grass, pine and a bit of resin with a nice sweet grain backbone. Flavor started with pine and grass with a growing note of resin that was balanced nicely by a grain backbone.

On tap at the brewpub. Poured a clear ruby red with a thin white head that dissipated completely. Aroma was full of fresh cherries that were mainly sweet but there was a bit of a tart bite. Flavor was similar with juicy sweet cherries throughout with a bit of tartness that grew. Didn’t pick up much brett at all.
