Bouteille 500ml.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a nice white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of sweet cereal notes with light floral undertones. Taste is also dominated by sweet cereal notes with limited floral notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nothing to write home about but no brewing flaws either.

Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and some light lacing. Aroma of light coriander notes with some wheat cereal notes. Taste is also dominated by some medium coriander notes with some wheat malt and light dry orange peel notes. Body is a bit light with medium carbonation. Definitely not the best beers from this brewery with not enough wheat malt presence.

Bottle: Poured a black color ale with a nice brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of deep roasted malt with notes of pretty powerful hops. Taste is a nice mix between some roasted malt with dry undertones and some black chocolate notes which are well balance against a bitter hoppy finish. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Another winner from this brewer who just keeps on surprising me.
