Can pours hazy pink grapefruit, small fizzy white head, dissipates quickly, no residual. Aroma is interesting, funky, vinous, brett. Flavor is dry, pears, funk, oak, red wine. Light plus body. Interesting.

A pinkish cider with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet apples, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet yet tart pink apple with light acidity, light mineral notes, light lactic points, very nice. On tap at Lupulus.

Vom Fass bei der 3rd Anniversary Celebration im Muted Horn Berlin 2019-10 getrunken. Dieses hellrote Cider wird derart von den Aromen der verwendeten Kirschen, Erdbeeren und Roten Trauben beherrscht das es nichts mehr von einem Cider hat und eher an ein Sour Ale erinnert. Die Aromen der Früchte hier nicht allein deutlich erkennbar sondern eher ein undefinierbarer Fürchtemix. Es ist sicher kein schlechtes Cider, aber es wirkt so nicht ganz stimmig.

Bottle. Thanks to Thomas A. Pours amber pink with bubbles on top. Aroma is ripe strawberries and red berries. Delicious. Perfumey. Clean - perhaps too much for its own good. Dry and tart finish.
