Bottle @ De La Gare. Slightly unclear amber color, full sized white head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is malts, some hops. Taste malts, some hops again, more bitterness than I had expected, a hint of sweetness. Quite firm carbonation, medium body.

Bottle 300ml. [ As Hommeles Molotov ].Clear dark brown color with a large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, light toffee. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, malt bitter, roasted, chocolate, coffee. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20141024]

Bottled@AIH40 (from biernavigator). Deep ruby colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is nutty, mild toasted notes as well as some ripe fruits. Flavour is nutty, ripe fruits, quite strong bitterness as well as a lot of coffee, especially in the aftertaste.

Dark brown color, medium-sized brownish head. Aroma has licorice, lactose, toasted malts. Full-bodied, soft palate. Milky toasted cocoa flavor with hints of vanilla. Soft palate but some alcohol in the finish. Aftertaste has lots of roasted malts. Quite pleasant although a bit simple.

Bottle. Golden, white head. Strange aroma, fruity and foresty. Tastes quite sweet and spicey. Notes of malt, biscuit and juniper berries. More a spice beer than a tripel. Weird.

Aroma is moderate malty, bread, cookie, pale malt, sweet malt, light to moderate yeasty, sweet yeast, dough notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, sharp, sweet malt - bread. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141024]

On tap at PINT BBF ’14. Clear amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of some beechwood smoke, malts, some honey, light fruity. Flavour is subtle smoke, malts, light grainy, honey, smooth, light bitter finish with some smoke. Medium-bodied. Nice.
