Pours clear amber, pillowy white, average sized head. Medium high to high retention. Smell is mild malty, rather thick, somewhat sweet ( bready, )very gently tho. Taste is more intense, with a nice, bready, crunchy , mild ambermalty base, some minor bitterness balancing out the beer, rather dry, yet still a tad malty, finish. A very nice drinking beer indeed.

Bottle, courtesy of SinH4. Pours brown with a tall off-white head. Aroma is smoke, lots of malt, wood, chocolate. Body is heavy, quite sweet, with a soft smoke and a lot of chocolate. Low bitterness, getting more towards the palate. Bread crust, some burnt wood, smoke. Sweet palate, but not incredibly long. Good!

Tap. Meisterstück, Mitte, Berlin. On the menu at 4.9%. Served in a ceramic mug, but we’ll assume pale gold. Foamy white head. Nose has crisp, grassy hop. Malts are very light and sweet. Taste is clean and lightly sweet. Wonderfully fresh tasting throughout. Any beer was going to taste great after a bit of a protracted trip over, but this is a lovely lager, regardless.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy yellow golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy weak hoppy aroma. Fruity wheat malty weak hoppy flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy weak hoppy finish.

Grayish amber. Aroma is gletschereis, malty dust, some herbs. Taste is lts of herbs with deep malty hayishness. Very murky and quite alcoholic. Not really drinkable.

Bottle. Lightly hazy amber, white foam. Raspberry foam and orangepeel aroma. Medium body, mellow mouthfeel. Classic caramel crystal maltish sweetness, Grassy, citric, hop, yoghurt, minerally yeast finish. Allright.

Bottle. Unclear amber-grey-ish color with creamy white head. Aroma is earthy hops, raspberries, milky yeasts, a bit dusty. Taste is buttery, peach, raspberries, milky yeasts. Oily mouthfeel with low to medium carbonation. Too sweet for me.

Bottle from Bierbaboon. Cloudy yellow with a full head. Aroma of orange peel and malt. Flavour is light orange hop, some perfume bitterness on a pleasant fruit finish.
