Wunderbar weich.

Bottle picked up from Apfel Getranke, Moosburg and consumed at home Sunday 30th November 2025 after a fab' few days in Frank in Freising and München, including watching Bayern Munich v St Pauli. We're listening to shoegaze and later cooking Nidi di Tagliatelle al forno (baked pasta nests). Pours mid amber with a white head. This is very much in the UK style of IPAs so more toffee and caramel fighting to assert themselves amongst the more subtle bitterness and more restrained hoppiness, however very nice to have the contrast with this and the Camba West Coast IPA. It's good but a West Coast will almost always win out for me if it's done well.

Cloudy deep yellow with an excellent head. Wheat bread, grain, spicy notes, some esters / banana. Pretty dry. Light plus ending hop bitterness. Surprisingly good for a reduced Weizen.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque, dark, orangey amber with a dense and lovely, creamy and lacing beige head. In color closer to a Dunkelweizen. Intense aroma of banana, clove and yeast. Medium body, same flavors as mentioned above with a soft mouthfeel. Surprisingly hoppy finish. Lovely Weizen. 070925

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear, deep golden with a small, creamy, off-white head. Unpleasant aroma of butter and unfermented wort. Thin, more wort, slightly tart no bitterness. Very close to disgusting. 060925

Bottle 50 cl. Pours amber with a slight haze and a rich, frothy and lacing off-white head. Sweet banana aroma. Medium body, banana, a little cardboard and yeast - but super dry as compared to the aroma. Surprisingly bitter finish. 010925
