Description
We started Braybrooke in 2017 with just one aim - to make really good lager. Beer doesn’t have to be complicated as long as it’s made in the right way with a commitment to quality. That’s exactly what we’re doing, brewing proper lager in the heart of the English countryside, near Market Harborough.

Spandert av Rune. Delt med ham i WCveien. Gylden. Nesten klar. Høyt kremaktig skum. Daler sakte & etterlater pene kniplinger. Aroma av gress & vanilje. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken karamell & mais. Syrlig, tørr bitter avslutning.

330ml bottle, gyle 659, bought at Offie in Leicester and carried back home. Shared with Finn. Stable white head over a misty golden body, lacing rings down the glass. Inviting smell of herbal hops and caramel malts. Fine blended taste of caramel and cereal malts, added by herbal hops. Smooth, mid-sweet earthy malt to the ending. Fine depth to it. Likeable. (Tromsø 14.08.2022).

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Bottle Apostle, South Hackney. Pours lightly hazed full gold with a frothy, mostly white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of grains, damp grains, a little citrus, hay, light pine and grass. Light bodied with fine carbonation; I’d expect more carb here. Bitter finish, some grass, grain husk. Not the best from either of these breweries.
