Many thanks for this kloster beer to Mariusz. Piwo ma ladna czerwono miedziana barwe, spora i trwala piane, zapach pieczonego makowca, W smaku nuty slodowe, lekko palone, troche karmelu, troche ciasta domowego makowca i nieco farszu z nalesnikow z jablkami. Fajne, udane z ladna etykieta.

06-10-18 // 500ml straight from the bottle. Golden coloureed. Smooth grainy and malt sweetness with a super hop bitterness. Great.

500ml bottle as Trunk Export Dunkel; BB 29th Nov 18. Drank in our Bamberg holiday apartment on 9th Sep 18, bought from Bierothek, Bamberg. Clear brown pour, beige crown. Malts rule the nose and taste, semi-sweet initial taste, late bitterness and matallic twang as the beer warms.

Bottle from Landbierparadies. Dark brown colour, creamy beige foam. Medium carbonation. Sweet, malty, notes of caramel, bready, very light bitterness. Easy drinkable. Nice Dunkel.

Keg at GBBF '18, day 2, 08/08/18. Hazed golden yellow with a decent off white cap. Nose is banana, clove, mixed spice, breads, straw. Taste comprises bread dough, citric peel, light banana bread, clove, toffee. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent hefe.

Keg at GBBF 2018. It pours clear yellow with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, doughy white bread, sponge cake and grass The taste is crisp, dry, grassy, straw, peppery spice, cracker, herbal and doughy white bread with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Chuggable.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A clear dark reddish brown beer with a mid-sized most good lasting beige head. Aroma of dark caramelish malt, red malt, raisins. Taste of mid-sweet caramelish malt, dark reddish malt, hints of nuts and raisins. Good!
