Óriási, örökké tartó tömör hab, arany szín. Fűszeres, enyhén szőlős és citrusos illat. Fűszeres, komlós, lime-os, szőlős, kissé a tripelekre hajazó ízek. Közepesen testes, erősen szénsavas, alig keserű. Nagyon finom, 'sörös' sör.

0,33 bottle. I tasted an earlier, weaker, already withdrawn version of this famous beer, let's see the new one. It was a gift, with its own beautiful glass, which I thank you very much for!
Appearance: beautiful, unfiltered, amber color, with a huge cream-colored head, the size of the bubbles of which increases over time, but the amount just doesn't want to decrease... Nice. Aroma: dried plum, dried red fruit, with quality cognac and caramel in the background. The fruitiness is fresher than usual for strong Belgians, it really indicates quality hopping. The taste is almost the same as the aroma: very delicate, sweet, aszú, raisin base flavor followed by fresh hop bitterness, with some caramel. Here too, I can tell that it is much more bitter than other known strong Belgian bases. Body: strong, sharp carbonation, maybe more like medium body, the alcohol is a little noticeable, it's not 100% hidden. A really excellent beer, maybe the reason it didn't get more points: Belgian candy sugar aftertaste - although I can't see if it's there or not - and a slightly waterier sip than expected. Great, well-made amber stuff!

Ennek a híres sörnek egy korábbi, gyengébb, már visszavonult verzióját kóstoltam, lássuk az újat. Ajándék volt, saját gyönyörű pohárral, amit itt is köszönök szépen!
Külalak: gyönyörű, szűretlen, borostyán szín, hatalmas krémszínű habbal, aminek a buborék-méretei idővel nőnek, de a mennyisége csak nem akar csökkenni... Nice. Aroma: aszalt szilvás, aszalt piros gyümölcsös, háttérben minőségi konyakkal és karamellel. A gyümölcsösség frissebb mint szokott az erős belgáknál, tényleg minőségi komlózásra utal. Az íz az aromával majdnem megegyezik: nagyon finom, édeskés, aszús, mazsolás alapíz után friss komló-keserűség, némi karamellel. Itt is meg tudom állapítani, hogy jóval keserűbb a többi ismert strong belga- alapnál. Korty-testesség: erősen, szúrósan szénsavas, talán inkább csak közepes test, az alkohol azért picit érződik, nincs 100%-osan elbújtatva. Tényleg kiváló sör, talán ami miatt nem kapott még ennél is több pontot: belga kandiscukros mellékíz - bár nem látom, hogy van-e benne, vagy sem - illetve icipicit vizesebb korty a vártnál. Remek, jól odatett borostyán cucc!

0,33 bottle. A new, strong knightly stuff from Corsendonk, previously only the basic Tempelier was known, now the brand has "split in two". Nice label, unfiltered effect, light amber, more of a dark gold color, off-white, with a big head. The head remained finger-thick throughout, as prescribed, but it was not as nice as on Tempelier-Amber. Strong Belgian with more hops, this comes through in the aroma: a better, hoppier tripel-like scent: spicy, fresh, appropriately fruity, complex scent from the aroma hops. Some APA can hide behind it - the alcohol is not noticeable in the aroma here either. It is sharply carbonated, but it suits it well; the body is just right, but it is sticky, sugary, it almost sticks to your lips. It has substance in every aspect! The taste is extra good! Triple-Belgian notes come to mind, it gives absolutely more than a strong pale Belgian ale. There is a very distinctive orange-orange peel aftertaste at the end, which I really liked! The whole beer is very serious, they put a lot of effort into the brewery, and following the new wave expectations they created a hoppy triple-strong ale hybrid. I think if it stays like this, it will always be distinguishable from other beers, similar to Orval. Positive: no alcohol was felt, and no Belgian candy-sugar headache effect. Outstanding, perfect dessert beer!

Egy új, erős lovagi cucc a Corsendonktól, korábban csak az alap Tempelier volt ismert, most a márka "kettévált". Szép címke, szűretlen hatású, világos borostyán, inkább sötét-arany szín, piszkosfehér, nagy habbal. A hab végig ujjnyi vastagan, előírás-szerűen maradt meg, de nem volt olyan szép mint a Tempelier-Amber-en. Több komlós erős belga, ez az aromán is átjön: jobb, komlósabb tripel-ekre hasonlító illat: fűszeres, friss, megfelelően gyümölcsös, komplex illat az aroma-komlóktól. Némelyik APA elbújhat mögötte - az alkohol itt sem érződik az illatban. Szúrósan szénsavas, de jól áll neki; testesség pont megfelelő, azért tapadós, cukros, szinte ragad az ajkad tőle. Van benne anyag minden téren! Íze extrán jó! A triple-belga jegyek jutnak eszembe, abszolút többet ad egy strong pale belga ale-nál. A végén van egy nagyon jellegzetes narancsos-narancshéjas utóíz, ami nekem nagyon bejött! Az egész sör nagyon komoly, nagyon odatették magukat a főzdében, és az új-hullámos elvárásokat követve alkottak egy komlós triple-strong ale hibrid-et. Szerintem, ha ez ilyen marad, ezt bármikor meg lehet majd különböztetni a többi sörtől, az Orvalhoz hasonlóan. Pozitívum: alkohol nem érződött, és a belga kandis-cukros fejfájdító hatás sem. Kiemelkedő, tökéletes desszert sör!
