Bottle. Brown colour with a big foamy beigeish brown head which leaves some lace. Aroma is roasted malts, some smoked tones with mild lactose and some nutty tones too. Flavour is nutty, some roasted tones, coffee, smoked wood, mild alcohol and some chocolaty tones. Quite biting carbonation, so feels like something has fermented a bit further creating a bit too much co2 (as it was rather lively when poured too).

Bottle. Deep coppery brown colour with a mediumsized off-white foamy head. Aroma is red wine, some wood, mild toffee and red berries with a bit spicy tones. Flavour is red wine, some caramel, wood, strawberries, some alcohol and mild tartness. Sweet, but not overly boozy.

Bottle. Deep red colour with a mediumsized pinkish white head. Aroma is blackberries and blueberries with a slight herbal touch to it. Flavour is berries, some sweetness with mild tartness and some herbal tones.

Copper to brown colour with light haze. Aroma and flavour have a somewhat musty note, maybe from the barrel. Furthermore honey sweetness and lemon curd.

Bottle at home. Black color, full sized fizzy bubbly beige to light brown color. Aroma and flavor are awful: this is a complete joke. It tastes like squeezed mushrooms. Fucking disgusting. One of the worst beers I've ever tasted. How dare they sell this? This is definitely the last ever beer I've bought from Emelisse. What a shame. Shame on you guys. Dis-gus-ting immediate drainpour.

Draught. Ruby colour with a mediumsized off-white foamy head. Aroma is vanilla, some dried fruits, mild toffee wth some alcohol and a bit bourbon too. Flavour is wood, bourbon, vanilla, some dried fruits and mild plummy tones.

Bottled. Pitch black colour, small beige head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is toasted, wooden, some rum, mild toffee and some alcohol. Flavour is alcohol, rum, some sweet malts, dried fruits and quite plummy.

Bottled (from Uba Ja Humal, Tallinn). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is oxidized, some caramel and quite madeira like notes. Flavour i sweet malts, some spices, alcohol, toffee and mild madeiralike notes.

Bottled (Thanks Mats!). Black colour mediumsized white head. Aroma is bluberries, black currant and some slight toasted and milky notes. Flavour is pretty much the same elements in a nice mix. Good roastiness in the aftertaste.
