bottle. beer exploded out when opened, about 1/3 of bottle contents went to the desk, the chair and the floor. dark fruity and nutty and malty aroma. flavor is dried dark fruity, malty, good bitterness, syrupy. good flavor. warming.

Sample at the bermondsey dutch bar. A light hazed amber orange coloured pour with a lively beige head that settles down. Aroma is warming alcohol, toffee, chewy bark, toffee apple notes, boozy, light age.. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, chewy toffee, hot alcohol, boozy, dried fruits, solvent.. Palate is semi sweet, oily, dull carbonation. Chewy. Not great.

It Ain't Much.. Keg. Clear amber beer, big cream colour head. Airy smooth palate, decent fine carbonation. Fluffy smooth creamy malts, nice. Mellow Cognac in the mid. A little vanilla barrel. Savoury cognac and biscuits before smooth pine and some fairly ripe fruits. Mild spice on the fairly light finish. Nice beer but not really coming across as very TIPA.

Bottle shared at RBBWG 2023. Opaque black color, virtually no head. Aroma is boozy and green apples. Flavor is similar: green apples and booze. Bleh. Way over the top and unripe. What is the point? Getting people drunk? Stupid.

Pours black, no head. Scent is acetaldehyde. boozy, harsh, unpleasant. Taste is sharp, acetaldehyde, glue, booze, roasty, alcohol tastes spirit-like, more like it's an added alcohol than an intensified beer.

Pours clear, very dark brown, no head. Scent is intense, hoppoil, but quite dense, barleywine like fruityness. Bit boozy, but not over the top - balanced for a 17%. Taste is sharp, very intense bitter, hopoil, boozy, intensified maltyness. Decent for what it is, but quite silly as an idea to begin with. more of a fun tick than something I'd wanna drink a full bottle of. Quite balanced (relatively)

Clear dark brown beer, no head. Aroma: dirty, very oxidized, very weird, this is not good, more oxidation notes, dusty, melon peel, dirty, don’t like it, some raisins indeed, port notes, but overall a dirty unpleasant smell. MF: soft carbon, full body. Taste: sweet and sugary start, ersatz chocolate, more sugary, oxidized, malty, very sugary. Aftertaste: alcohol, caramel, sugary, some chocolate, flavour is ok but not very good. Smell is bad.
