Bottle @ Black Bull Inn, Coniston. Clear golden with a small carbonation and a frothy head. Has a nice hop which is slightly more prevalent here than the usual maltiness you often get with this style of brew. It's easy in the palate.

Bottle. Clear golden body with a loose off-white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of earth, pear and marmalade. Flavour of bitter hops, grass and orange rind. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. Mega bitter - I liked it.

Cask at The Mortal Man. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Great lacing. Aroma of wood and cereal. Flavour of dried leaves and weak tea. Thin to medium body with an oily texture. Soft carbonation prickle. Simple and well balanced. Very enjoyable, especially when it’s 30 degrees Celsius outside and you’re sitting in one of the country’s best beer gardens.

Cask @ Black Bull Inn, Coniston. Clear golden with a small head. It's a light hoppy bitter and is quite clean tasting. There's malts in its nose.

opalescent golden colour, medium sized dense stable white head; aroma of some unripe berries, floral notes and maybe citruses; taste is fully dominated by a citric-brett-like sourness, which seems for me to be a result of some kind of infection rather than a real intention; I don't know...I don't like it at all...it is practically undrinkable
