Draft at Open Baladin. Cloudy yellow color, massive white head, good lacing. Aroma of lemon pepper and bread dough. Taste is lemon, pepper, grapefruit and seven grain bread. Nice saison.

Draught @ Open Baladin Roma, Via degli Specchi 6, Roma, Italy 00186.Light unclear medium to dark amber colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle 750ml.Hazy medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, fruity, herbs, light to moderate yeasty, spicy. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100603]

Cask at Open Baladin. A nut-brown beer with a red shine under a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of nuts, caramel, minerals, and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of roasted malt and bread, as well as lighter notes of minerals, leading to a dry roasted finish. The body is light.

A hazy red-golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of fruits and phenols. The flavor is very sweet with notes of phenol, and fruit, leading to a dry phenolic finish.

Hazy amber beer. Small white head. Made with peated malt. Soft dry palate. Peaty whiskeyish malt underpinned by sweet peach and banana fruit notes. Very dry finish. Unusual and quite drinkable.

Bottle at CaptainCougar’s local tasting, thanks! Dark and clear amber color, small tan head. Aroma of caramel, pine, horses, mint. Taste has light cocoa, anise, coffee. Very interesting.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow color with a longlasting white head. Has a fruity spicy wheaty citrus aroma. Fruity wheat malty spicy coriander citrus flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy citrus finish.
