Smooth melony taste, sweet, ending quite dry and a bit chalky-oaty. Brune foncée, Presque noire, col café au lait quasi jaunâtre.
Arôme sur un excellent bouquet fumé – malté, sans arriver à ce côté plus végétal/naturel de la Schlenkerla, ici, le fumé oscille plus sur un style de bbq / viande fumée tout aussi savoureux. Bacon strips.
Palais est malté, caramel, chocolaté, grillé avec un agréable caractère fumé presque de bbq/bacon, petite note de poivré en fin de bouche – toffee, crystal malt et encore un retour caramel et une bonne dose porcine de fumé.

Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of peaches, tropical fruit, grass, citrus, white bread and a mild citric/grassy bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Nice one.
