(Draught at Dynamo Bar de Soif, Brussels, 21 Oct 2023) Cloudy golden colour with frothy white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with peaches, pineapple and tropical fruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of peaches, tropical fruit, grass, citrus, white bread and a mild citric/grassy bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Nice one. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, cocoa, chocolate, dark malt, bread, roasted, malt bitter, chili warm, medium dry. Bière pression bue au Taste n' Brews à Lille. Robe trouble attrayante visuellement. Au niveau olfactif, nuances légèrement tropicales, complexité aromatique intéressante. Attaque en bouche agréable, notes d'agrumes, notamment orange, cependant, elle manque de profondeur dans l'amertume et ses notes exotiques sont insuffisantes à mon goût.

Burk testas utan jämförelse Dipa i hemmet. Här har vi en tung fruktig haze Dipa. Finns tydliga USA klassiska diva jordkällare och gräsiga toner . Är den då välbalanserad och välgjord? Ja jag funderade ett bra tag och säger jooo . Hög klass på denna fylliga Nya Ängland gräsiga Dipa.
