Description
A humble brewery making honest beer.
After years honing our skills in the brewing and process industry, we set forth to create a brewery with a simple mission; to produce honest beer. The result is a 7,000bbl brewery located in Northern Vermont that is capable of brewing any style of ales and lagers. The brewery takes inspiration from lesser known European beer styles, along with local Vermont life to guide our brews. The attention to detail, modern equipment, and love for beer help produce truly authentic, unique beers. Cheers!

Batch 2 bottle number 60, thanks to Eric. The aroma is huge on citus, like a metric fuck ton of lemons, grapefruit and just a dash of salt. Wow, nice! The flavor is bright and juicy. Grapefruit and lemons to boot, salt is subtle with a super crisp and refreshing finish. Did I say wow yet? Really great example of the style and the dry hopping really kicks this up.

Bottle share from Steve. True to the style, salt is featured prominently here, dries out your gums. Light bodied, bubbly. Would have been much better on a hot day.

750ml bottle thanks to Steve. Pours out a cloudy straw topped with a small white head. Nose is salty brine and some flowers. Taste is more of the salty notes and floral.

Bottle. Pours hazy pale golden, large creamy white head, slow to dissipate and good to lace. Aroma is sea air, wheat, citrus, a bit of passionfruit, lightly dank. Flavor is very light sweet, very light bitter, just a hint of salt and a bit of coriander. Citrus, tropical fruit notes, and a hint of dank leaves. A bit of residual salt on the finish. Light body, high carbonation. Pretty tasty.
