Description
A humble brewery making honest beer.

After years honing our skills in the brewing and process industry, we set forth to create a brewery with a simple mission; to produce honest beer. The result is a 7,000bbl brewery located in Northern Vermont that is capable of brewing any style of ales and lagers. The brewery takes inspiration from lesser known European beer styles, along with local Vermont life to guide our brews. The attention to detail, modern equipment, and love for beer help produce truly authentic, unique beers. Cheers!

16 oz can from Winooski Beverage, 7/19/15
The pour is pretty much the same as the cask. Aroma and flavor wise it is still quite enjoyable without the grapefruit flavor. Nice salinity. Good feel. I'm going to keep the score the same.

Location: Cask at Blind Tiger, 3/15/2015

Aroma: The nose is grapefruit rind and juice, other tropical notes, yeast, and a little salinity
Appearance:It pours a murky yellow color, sort of an off-white head, sticky lace
Flavor: Nice flavor, leans more toward the grapefruit/tropical side, good sourness, solid salinity
Palate:The body is medium, leaning light, with a pretty solid overall mouthfeel
Overall Impression: Interesting one. Grapefruit. Dry hopped with Galaxy. I thought the balance was there between the grapefruit sweetness, tartness, and the salinity.
