Burdock x Buwoo 6.1% A cloudy peach juice milky color with a sour tart Riesling grape and plum aroma. Full bodied with a round carbonation and tart flavor but it goes down smoothly.

Bottle with KBL. Bretty funky nose, passion fruit, white pine, plums. Peach-juice looking cloudy gold with lace. Dry and funky flavor, tart, fruity, dusty, grapefruit, grapes, wine. Nice stuff.

Bouteille 375ml, gracieuseté de msjpearson, Thanks Mike! Couleur jaune opaque, mousse blanche fuyante. Arôme de levures sauvages, boisé, fromage bleu. Goût fromagé, prune bleue, acidité moyenne-élevée, boisé, légère amertume. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen-dense.

Dull and hazy with no head. The aroma is woody, with a big hit of peaches, and some bugs. Big peachy character, with vinous notes, a light sourness, low level tannins, a bit of alcohol. The alcohol overpowers the delicate flavours a little bit, especially in the finish, but it's still a very complex, subtle fruit beer with a lot going on, but also just a really nice peach note.

Burdock Superwit 4.9% Tart wit ale with a kumquat splash Milky gold with a wispy eggshell white head of foam and a fruity wit and kumquat aroma. Medium bodied and smooth the flavor is spicy wheat and tart kumquat. Great.

Burdock Big Té 7.1% Big dry-hopped sour Milky hazy light gold, it’s got a huge juicy tropical aroma with a tangy acidity under it. Medium bodied with a soft texture. Tangy acidic flavor of citrus. Really nice.

Burdock Demibeer 3% Low abv table beer that is a mellow brassy gold with a fruity white pepper and wheat aroma. The taste has tangerine and rich juicy orange flavor on a light body that seems almost watery. Tasty.

Burdock Saison 5.3% Cloudy light gold with a pillowy dense head of foam. White pepper, wheat and a bit sweet. This is well balanced and super drinkable. I think I’m even getting some honey notes in the finish.
