Bottled (from AbM). Deep coppery brown colour with a mediumsized creamy off-white to beige head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is nutty, toffeeish with some ripe fruits and mild red berries. Flavour is nutty ripe fruity, with a nice floral bitterness as well as mild berries and sweet malts. As such a solid, but quite basic brown ale, but combined with a proper brunch this beer became really pleasant. Numbers given are for the beer without the brunch to go with it.
