Dark brown colour, creamy beige foam. Light gusher. Nose of dried fruit (plums, figs), brown sugar. Taste is rather sweet with hoppy bitterness. Not bad, not my favourite trappist either.

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle, best before June 2020. Slightly hazy, brownish amber with an off-white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly herbal-grassy aroma of caramel, nuts and some honey. Slightly sweet, malty, gently bitter and a little herbal-grassy taste of caramel, grains and some honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little herbal-grassy finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!
